I started Sam’s Healthy Living Group and made a commitment to change. I tried new foods, practiced new ways of preparing food, and took the whole food cleanse challenge. My life is more balanced this year. I am integrating nutrition, physical activity, relationships, spirituality, and career. I now walk every week with a friend.
