Spinach, Cucumber, Mango Salad Recipe

1 bag baby spinach
1 mango (cut in bite size)
1 cucumber (sliced)
3 tbsp lime juice
1/4 tsp pepper
salt to taste or Bragg amino protein liquid
4 green onions, thinly sliced (optional)
1/2 cup basil, thinly sliced (optional)

Toss everything together and serve. Replace fruit with what you like or what’s seasonal. Feel free to add tomatoes, radish, mushrooms, nuts, etc. I do love mangoes in my salad.
