Prevent Cancer With These Tips

Lately, there’s been lots of cancer discussion in my office as more and more of us are losing loved ones to cancer.  It’s crazy that 1 in 3 women and 1 in 2 men are diagnosed with cancer.  We can’t completely prevent cancer but we can highly reduce our risk of this awful disease.

The most common types of cancers are breast cancer, lung and bronchus cancer, prostate cancer, colon and rectum cancer, bladder cancer, melanoma of the skin, non-Hodgkin lymphoma, thyroid cancer, kidney and renal pelvis cancer, endometrial cancer, leukemia, and pancreatic cancer.

Here are some bottom line risk reduction tips:

  • Don’t use tobacco
  • Lose or better….don’t gain excess weight
  • Limit red and processed meat
  • Get at least 30 minutes of daily exercise
  • Limit alcohol
  • Also, watch how much sugar you consume (feeds cancer cells)

Get yourself into some healthy habits and start with a free health consultation at www.HappyFoodHealth.com or (619) 876-2655.  See if this is the right match for you.  I do things very differently to make health a natural lifestyle and this is not for everyone.
