Shawna Schenk, yoga instructor, will guide you through live music, gentle YIN yoga class with acoustic guitar focusing on strengthening the bones and tissues within the body, while reflecting and gaining body awareness at 7:00 – 8:15 pm.
Followed by an interactive workshop with Samantha Hua, Holistic Health Coach, to understand your body and how it works to naturally loss/maintain the weight you desire without dieting and restrictions. Use a process that’s fun & delicious and actually lose weight this holiday season.
Understand the mind-body connection through nutrition and yoga.
What to bring: Bring yoga mat, water, and dress in layers. This is outside at night.
Cost: $15 in advance, $20 at the door (free for existing clients who invite a paying friend)
