Benefits of Raja Yoga
How is your stress level? Is it above a 4 out of 10? If you’re like many of us, your life is busy. You feel like you’re drowning in responsibilities and obligations. You feel like you lack peace of mind and therefore, it affects your sleep. Sometimes, you may even use food or other substances to cope. Does this resonate?
Try Raja Yoga with me and feel these benefits:
- Freedom from stress and anxiety
- Enhance memory and concentration
- Overcome negative habits
- Improve quality of sleep
- Improve personal relationships
- Create a sense of well-being
- Clear mind
Come relax and meditate with us at the event below. If you can’t make it, make sure you find another coping mechanism for stress. It is the leading culprit to most diseases, weight gain, and unhealthy habits. If you need support finding your best method to reduce life’s stressors and finding balance, please contact me at www.HappyFoodHealth.com or (619) 876-2655.
Healing Raja Yoga & Calming Weight Loss
Selda Yildiz will guide you through an evening of Healing Raja Yoga which includes pranayama, gentle asanas, and meditation. The class is restorative and will provide tools for physical and emotional healing, releasing stress, and calming the mind.
Then, Samantha Hua, owner of Happy Food, will engage you in an interactive workshop to naturally lose weight. Often, weight gain and poor health are results of stress and imbalance. Walk away with specific action steps. You’ll learn to lose weight, de-stress, and live a vibrant life full of energy.
What to Bring: yoga mat & water. During relaxation, it is good to keep the body warm, so please bring an extra layer of cloth, towel, or blanket if you will need one.
